Ganados del Rey sells a wide variety of cuts of our Naturally Produced Beef at 2 local markets in the El Paso/Las Cruces area. We certify that our cattle are grazed on rangeland and finished on locally produced hay, locally produced forage products and farm grown fodder, an organic, hydroponically produced forage supplement. We strive to produce beef that is locally produced, in small batches, using sustainable methods. All our beef has been dry aged 21 days by the hanging carcass.

You can also contact us by phone, text or email and preorder what you need and pick it up at the next farmer’s market you are convenient to. Our entire product is sold fresh frozen to maintain quality.
