Ganados del Rey sells a wide variety of cuts of our Naturally Produced Beef at 2 local markets in the El Paso/Las Cruces area. We certify that our cattle are grazed on rangeland and finished on locally produced hay, locally produced forage products and farm grown fodder, an organic, hydroponically produced forage supplement. We strive to produce beef that is locally produced, in small batches, using sustainable methods. All our beef has been dry aged 21 days by the hanging carcass.
Stop by the Las Cruces Farmer’s and Craft Market, on Saturdays and the Upper Valley Arts and Farmer’s Market on Sundays, to purchase our fresh frozen beef products.

Ganados del Rey sells beef produced from humanely handled, naturally raised cattle that are grass fed, fodder finished and dry aged in Anthony New Mexico. Our beef products include:

If you need a specific cut of beef or want to try one of our boxed value packs, you can find those at our Farmer’s Market stand every Saturday and Sunday year round. You can also contact us by phone, text or email and preorder what you need and pick it up at the next farmer’s market you are convenient to. Our entire product is sold fresh frozen to maintain quality.
