Our desert rangeland has had some moisture this winter. Hopefully it will continue to rain a little more. Spring weed have already started and hopefully in February and March they will big enough for for range cattle to eat. That along with the brush this desert produces in the spring, will be enough nutrition to help the cows calf and then breed back for a sustainable production cycle. The Chihuahuan Desert is one of the most healthy places to produce healthy beef in a sustainable manner.
Our markets last weekend were good. The weather was excellent, although a little cold in the morning but with the sun shining, it warmed up nicely. This week we will again be at the Las Cruces Farmer's and Crafts Market on Saturday from 8:00 to 1:00 . Sunday the Upper Valley Market will change locations to its old original site at the Sub-Station on the corner of Sunset and Doniphan in West El Paso. This will be a once a month occurrence for now. The hours are the same from 11:00 to 3:00. We will return to the Mesa Plaza location next week. We still have plenty of Dry Aged Criollo Beef and Heritage Pork in stock. Both of these markets are very good with a wide variety of original handcrafted arts and crafts and the food is diverse and good.
We want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who submitted a business review on Google.last week. We got five total and were thrilled we received those. Again, we would like to solicit all our faithful customers to leave us a review on Google. This helps our rating on searches. We really appreciate your support.
It is time to pre-order. We accept these any time and will deliver to the Farmer's Market we attend most convenient to you.
